1 Introduction

Welcome to popok, an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. popok offers a range of products including cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot machine games, and crash game formats. The platform is accessible in English at popok.pro and is designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market, with payment processing conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products and services offered by popok, including but not limited to: the popok sportsbook, the popok Casino, the Let's Shoot crash game section, the Slots library, promotional offers listed under Current Offers, and all related customer support channels. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the popok Privacy Policy and the popok Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

popok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, popok will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the popok platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. popok enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account registrations. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any outstanding balances may be withheld.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of popok is lawful in your location.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person and are not registering the account for use by any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the popok platform or any affiliated service, whether voluntarily via a self-exclusion request or involuntarily via a platform-initiated ban.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of popok or any of its technology, game content, or payment processing partners.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing bets under any form of duress or compulsion.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the popok platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with popok, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. popok accepts no liability for account issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration details.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

popok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid passport or birth certificate
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account name and number registered to your identity)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your popok account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify popok support immediately at [email protected]. popok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the popok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). popok supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment options may be added or removed at popok's discretion; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within the platform.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your popok account balance. popok does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the popok account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

popok is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. popok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player's account. Any suspicious transaction activity will be flagged and may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and balances may be frozen for the duration of that investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

popok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Free bets and bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash directly and have no monetary value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.) unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• popok reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has already been credited to a player's account, popok will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including through the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the player's account will be subject to immediate suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All wagering requirements are denominated in BDT and must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (including some live casino side bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Full game contribution percentages are listed in the individual promotion terms. popok reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests until it is satisfied that any applicable wagering requirements have been fully and legitimately met.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the popok sportsbook are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence over these general rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until popok has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference number to the player. popok reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that have already been confirmed, in circumstances where there is evidence of technical error, odds feed malfunction, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.

6.2 Palpable Errors

If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), popok reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Errors of this kind include but are not limited to: odds clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices, inverted odds, odds set to zero, and duplicate market entries. popok will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct palpable errors as quickly as possible.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events at popok's discretion. In-play odds are subject to more rapid fluctuation than pre-match odds. popok reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and will not be liable for bets placed in the period between a material event occurring in a fixture and that event being reflected in the odds feed.

6.4 Voided Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within a specified period (as stated in the relevant sport rules); or where popok determines that an error has occurred as described above. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

7 Casino Games

The popok Casino product includes live dealer casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, as well as a slot machine library supplied by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified game content providers. All casino games on the popok platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness by the relevant game supplier's certification body.

8 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the popok platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not explicitly permitted by popok
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability for financial gain
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at popok staff or other platform users
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful and then seeking to hold popok liable for any consequence of that access
• Using the platform in any manner intended to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity

9 Responsible Gaming

popok is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We provide all registered players with a comprehensive set of tools designed to help them maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at all times from the Account Settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further bets will be declined until the period resets or a new, lower limit is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that appear after a defined session length to encourage breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no bets or transactions can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible. The account will be closed and the player will be prevented from re-registering on the platform.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

popok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to popok's collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. popok will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) solely for the purpose of processing your transactions, and with identity verification service providers solely for the purpose of KYC compliance. All data transfers are conducted over SSL-encrypted connections.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the popok platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and the popok brand identity — is the property of popok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the popok platform without prior written consent from popok.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, popok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

popok shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of data; indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms; losses arising from technical failures beyond popok's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages, third-party payment gateway failures, and force majeure events); or losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. popok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

13 Account Termination

popok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other popok policy
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity on the account
• Suspected money laundering or financing of illegal activity
• Request from the player themselves (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• Legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided that no investigation is ongoing that requires the balance to be held.

14 Disputes

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, bonus award, or any other aspect of your popok account, you must contact the popok support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. popok will endeavour to respond to all disputes within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your dispute by submitting a written complaint. popok's complaints team will conduct a final review and issue a binding determination within 14 business days of receiving the escalation. All decisions made by popok's complaints team are final and binding.

15 Amendments to These Terms

popok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights, introduce new obligations on players, or change the conditions under which bonuses may be claimed or withdrawn — popok will notify registered players via their registered email address at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or restructuring of sections without change of substance), popok may update these Terms without individual notice. The updated Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the popok platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance in your account will be returned to you in accordance with Section 13 above.
